Healthy Beginnings: Primary medical care for sick and well children who are uninsured or under insured and prenatal care for expecting moms who have no maternity insurance. ABCD: Assuring Better Child Health and Development: Assists local primary care physicians to enhance developmental screenings and referrals, thus encouraging further evaluation and services for children ages 0-5 years. Services provided by contracted Early Intervention Specialist, Lisa Edwards.
