Request for Proposals for 3-Year Plan
Smart Start Rowan is seeking proposals for activities to address early care and education, family support, child health and safety, and early literacy for children ages 0-5 years. To be considered for funding for up to three years, FY 2021-2022 through FY 2023-2024, proposals must be submitted according to the requirements of the RFP and received no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 23, 2021.
