ELRC is a “drop-in” family resource center available to all Rowan
County families with children birth thru five years of age. Spend
time in our playroom to explore new activities and have fun playing
together. Check out books, toys, puzzles, and puppets from our
lending library.
For a minimal fee of $10 per year, caregivers can choose to check
out over 500 books, learning kits, and educational toys. Videos are
also available on parenting skills. |
There is no cost to use the play room for parents, grandparents or
caregivers
of children birth thru five years of age in Rowan County.
