• Beginning October 1, 2008, Early Bird Registration Fees will be applied when a participant registers anytime prior to the day of training. 
  Late Registration Fees will be applied when a participant registers the day of the training.  If registering the day of the training, it is strongly encouraged to contact Smart Start Rowan that morning since cancellation decisions will be made at noon.
• Smart Start Rowan must receive Early Bird Registration Fees before a participant is registered for a training.  If a participant registers the day of the training, the participant may pay the Late Registration Fee at the time of the training.  However, if this participant decides not to attend the training, the participant will be responsible for paying the Late Registration Fee before registering for additional workshops.
• Anyone not paying the registration fee prior to the training will not receive training credit until payment is received.
• Anyone owing fees for past workshops will not be allowed to register for additional workshops until payment is received.
• If you have already paid the registration fee and must cancel prior to the date of training, or if Smart Start Rowan cancels the training,  your fee will be applied to another training.
• Failure to cancel before the date of the training will result in forfeiture of registration fee. 
• Due to the lack of facilities and supervision, we cannot allow children to attend trainings.
• Please have transportation available at the end of each class.
• A minimum of 8 participants is required!  The number of training participants will be reviewed the day of the training.  If there are less than 8 participants registered by noon the day of the training, the training will be cancelled.  Registered participants will be notified by telephone if there is a cancellation. 
• We are available to provide trainings for large groups off-site with a maximum of two trainings per facility per year. Smaller facilities are encouraged to work together to meet the 20 person minimum. Additional fees will be imposed for trainings longer than 2 hours. Fees for a 2 hour workshop will be charged as follows:         A minimum of:      20 people - $60.00
                                                                                              21 -50 people - $100.00
                                                                                             51-100 people - $200.00
                                                                                           101-150 people – $300.00
                                                                                               151 + people - $400.00  

Out of respect for the presenter, the door will be locked 10 minutes after the workshop has begun.
