Early Learning Resource Center

The Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) is a “drop-in” resource center available to all Rowan County families and child care professionals caring for children birth to five 
years of age. Families are encouraged to spend time in our playroom to explore new activities and have fun learning together.

Child care professionals and families can borrow books, educational toys, puzzles, and puppets from our lending library.  For a minimal fee, of only $10.00 annually for parents, you can check out over 500 books, learning kits, and educational toys. Child care professional and parents may complete a membership form online.
