designed to provide programs and services for children and families in Rowan County, North Carolina.

  • Invest Smart Start funds from the state legislature and private dollars to support programs to benefit children age 0 - 5 and their families;

  • Serve as a catalyst for bringing different groups together for the sake of the children;

  • Educate the community on the critical needs of young children and help develop solutions.
