A healthy start is vital to a child's future. Appropriate and timely medical care is essential. Children at risk for developmental delays need services early in life to reach their full potential. Smart Start Rowan supports developmental screenings, healthcare for uninsured children & pregnant mothers, prevention of tooth decay and assists in provideing transportation to help families access services.

Healthy Beginnings

ABCD: Assuring Better Child Health and Development
Assists local primary care physicians to enhance developmental screenings and referrals for further evaluation and services for children ages 0-5 years.
