About Us
We Work To:
Invest Smart Start funds secured through the state legislature, together with other grants and private dollars, to support programs to benefit children 0-5 and their families;
Serve as a catalyst to bring service providers together with at-risk populations for the sake of children;
Educate and advocate throughout our community for the critical needs of young children and families, forming collaborative partnerships which will develop creative solutions.

Our Programs:
Our programs focus on family support, early care and education and the health and safety of young children between the ages of 0 - 5 years in Rowan County.
